With minimal improvements, a practice can see a significant increase in cash flow, improved performance insights and a better bottom line. In this workshop, we will dive into the 10 most important figures that every healthcare practice should be benchmarking on a regular basis. We will walk step by step through an example of the benchmarking process to provide you with the tools and methodology that will enable you to begin benchmarking for your practice.
