Lauren Harris, FACMPE ACMPE Committee Chair Harris Healthcare Consulting, LLC Portland, OR | I started my healthcare career in 1992, achieved my ACMPE certification in 2008 and my FACMPE certification in 2013. Early in my career I was fortunate to connect with experienced healthcare professionals who supported my professional development and I choose to provide that same support to others. I am passionate about independent medical practices and enjoy partnering with them and their leaders to help them identify and achieve their goals. After more than 25 years of honing my leadership and medical practice operational skills with various specialties in large and small organizations, I started my own consulting practice in July 2020 where I collaborate with practitioners and practice leaders by providing business and operational expertise.

Donna Duval, FACMPE Allcare Health | In my career I have worked different areas of healthcare, from receptionist, medical biller, office manager, EHR trainer and manager, to my current position as Management Services Director. In 2016, I broadened my career scope and went to work at AllCare Health to support our Independent Physicians staying independent and to develop and maintain successful practices. This drove my desire to earn my CMPE and FACMPE credentials. The process of obtaining these credentials provided me with the knowledge and tools needed to ensure I was providing solid information from a reliable source. I encourage our practices to join the Oregon and National MGMA, and help our office managers obtain their CMPE certification. Earning your CMPE and FACMPE is very rewarding, both personally and professionally. These certifications will show your dedication and professionalism to medical practice management. One of the most exciting parts of obtaining your certification is meeting a new network of colleagues. Working together to share expertise and advance our careers. Jamie O'Hollaren, MA, FACMPE Providence Heart Institute | My entire career has been in healthcare in the Portland area. I started at OHSU in 1997 and have held various leadership roles at private and hospital-based practices. I am currently the senior manager for the Providence St. Vincent Women's Clinic. I have a passion for education, and in 2021 decided to complete my CMPE certification through MGMA. I found it such a rewarding experience that I immediately applied for Fellowship, which I completed in 2022. As a leader in healthcare, earning your CMPE and/or FACMPE credential will provide the knowledge and tools needed to support and advance your career, and I encourage everyone I can to apply for certification.
