In this session, Dr. McDougal explains the key principles of traditional economic theory interwoven with compelling behavioral economic theory to develop a 360 degree view of how patients make decisions. Attendees will be equipped with critical knowledge of how to anticipate consumer behavior, patient decision making of what services they purchase from which organizations, and what organizations can do to gain a competitive edge.
