Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Sponsorship and exhibit booths will not be held without payment in full. Exhibit assignments are made based on the following priority:

  1. Sponsorship Level
  2. Date of registration and payment in full

Important Notes:

Only Gold, Silver and Bronze level sponsors receive the preconference attendee contact list.

General exhibitors only receive an on-site attendee contact list and post-conference attendee contact list.

Gold, Silver and Bronze level sponsors receive:

  • Exhibit booth space
  • Priority placement in Resource Center, based on commitment level
  • Preconference attendee contact list, on-site attendee contact list, post-conference attendee contact list
  • Listing in the attendee conference brochure if you meet registration and payment deadlines
  • "Tailgate Package" raffle tickets to distribute to attendees from your booth to drive traffic

    Support Your Association
    When booking your stay within our conference Group Room Block at the Graduate Eugene, you are supporting the association by helping us avoid fees that result from significant sections of the room blocks being reserved but left unfilled or canceled at the time of the conference. If Oregon MGMA does not achieve a minimum number of overnight room reservations by conference attendees, the price of service will increase registration fees for future programs. Without your support, Oregon MGMA could face huge financial penalties for unused rooms.

    Warning: Associations are targeted by scammers. Be wary if you receive a phone call regarding "discounted hotel rooms or registration" requiring you to give out your credit card information over the phone. Only trust information that comes directly from Oregon MGMA in our verified email format or information which is posted on our website.     Eligibility Policy

    Any person who works for a company who offers or sells products and services to medical providers may not register for OMGMA conferences as an attendee at the attendee rate. Violators of the eligibility policy will have their registration automatically cancelled and their registration fees refunded. We have special exhibit and sponsorship opportunities available if you wish to attend which are outlined on this page.

    OMGMA’s eligibility policy is designed to protect our valued sponsors and exhibitors who financially support our conferences.

              - Gold Sponsors receive a total THREE (3) full conference registrations for on-site

              representatives to staff your booth.


              - Silver and Bronze Sponsors receive a total of TWO (2) full conference registrations for on-

                site representatives to staff your booth.


              - General Exhibitors receive a total of ONE (1) full conference registration for on-site

    Attendees

    The Oregon Medical Group Management Association Annual Fall Conference is an educational program for administrators, executives, managers, physicians, health administration students, faculty, and others involved in managing a medical group practice. We anticipate 125+ attendees at our 2019 conference.


    Resource Center (exhibit hall)

    Our Resource Center presents an excellent opportunity for you to share the latest and greatest solutions now available in the marketplace. Plan ahead and think about the services and products you have to share with conference attendees. During all Resource Center breaks, OMGMA will feature drawings for valuable door prizes to help ensure attendance at these events. Attendees must be present to win.
