Managers Time Out (MTO) Meetings provide educational outreach to all geographical areas of Oregon. MTO meetings are complimentary & open to Practice Managers, Physicians &Their Guests. These Manager’s Time Out (MTO) meetings include educational and networking opportunities for current and future OMGMA members presented in multiple locations. OMGMA’s goal is to create interest and participation of OMGMA members and medical administrators/managers throughout the state who do not have an opportunity to regularly participate with OMGMA due to travel restrictions.

About our Speaker
Glen has over 16 years of experience in healthcare working with hospitals, health systems, clinics, home health, and joint ventures. He specializes in benchmarking, strategic planning, operational and financial improvement, physician compensation, business plan development, and medical practice management. Glen received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Portland State University and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from OHSU and Portland State University.

Steve Franey, is CFO and Chief Strategy Officer at Resolution Care. He has been in the health care field for 40 years, 33 of which have been in consulting. The range of Steve’s consulting work includes strategic planning, business start-up and development, clinical integration, governance & organization structuring, organizational development, mergers & acquisitions, operations assessment, quality and performance improvement, compensation system modeling and design, leadership development and training, physician and administrator recruitment, and financial planning. In Steve’s career he has served as a chief operating officer of a hospital and been a chief executive officer of a large multi-specialty clinic as well as worked both nationally and internationally.
Jill Arena, is Managing Partner Health e Practice Solutions and leads its consulting operations. She has extensive experience in practice start up, concierge transitions, and revenue cycle management. Over the past 27 years, she has led the start up of more than 70 new clinics in multiple states. Ms. Arena earned her Fellowship from the American College of Medical Practice Executives in 1999.
