    MedMan (Medical Management, Inc.) seeks a dedicated and experienced professional for the role of Finance Director at Mid-Columbia Center for Living (MCCFL), a government agency serving Wasco, Hood River, and Sherman counties in Oregon. Mid-Columbia Center for Living (MCCFL) is a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed service provider for persons with mental health and substance abuse issues. Their mission is to provide comprehensive and culturally sensitive services in the least restrictive setting. This full-time opportunity can be in-person or hybrid with an expectation of five days per month on-site for reporting and meetings.

    Role Overview: As the Finance Director, you will be a member of the Leadership team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial stability and efficient operation of the agency. Your responsibilities will include:

    1. Financial Systems Management:

    o   Establishing and maintaining robust financial accounting and management systems, for extensive reporting, auditing, purchasing, and expenditure control. 

    • Overseeing revenue cycle, accounts payable, payroll, and six personnel. 
    1. Budget Development and Implementation:
      • Set and communicate clear budget guidelines,
      • Developing and implementing financial goals, policies, procedures, and objectives.
      • Grant procurement, monitoring, and reporting.
    1. Collaboration and Leadership:
      • Building strong interdepartmental relationships and fostering cooperation.
      • Educate managers on program finances.
      • Participate in external CCO finance committees.  

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related major.
    • Five years of accounting, financial, or budget management experience, with at least three years at the supervisory or managerial level.
    • Experience working in a healthcare setting.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of governmental accounting and grants.
    • Experience developing budgets for governmental agencies and monitoring expenditures.
    • Skill in financial reporting, excel, auditing, and best practices for accountability.
    • Ability to build team commitment and demonstrate MedMan and MCCFL values.

    COO/Office Manager

    Valley View Dermatology is the largest single specialty dermatology practice in the Pacific Northwest, with office is Salem, Keizer, Wilsonville, and Lincoln City. We have been serving the mid-Willamette Valley since 1950, and we have been steadily expanding/growing over the past 5 years. Valley View Dermatology has 15 providers, and 82 staff, many who have been with the clinic for 20+ years.

    Valley View Dermatology is currently recruiting for a COO/Office manager to replace our current person, who is retiring after 23 years in the position. The management team consists of CEO, COO/Office Manager, and Lab Manager/CFO. This position works with/reports to the CEO and the clinic Board (6 physicians).

    Job duties include:

    • Supervision and management of the MA team 34 FTEs
    • Assisting in supervision of front office/billing team: 17 FTEs
    • Facilities operations and management
    • Directing day-to-day operations of 4 clinic sites
    • Working with the CEO to develop and implement policies, procedures, and work-flow improvements with a focus on delivering the best patient experience possible.
    • Oversight of Aesthetics department, including assisting with marketing and supply management
    • Actively participating in Board meetings
    • Assisting with strategic plan development including: expansion of the clinic, recruitment of new providers, etc.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years experience in management of a medical clinic or site
    • Experience with employee management, including direct supervision and hiring.
    • Experience with facilities management and understanding of supply chain management
    • Travel between offices occurs on at least a weekly basis (36 miles furthest commuting distance)
    • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Positive, professional, and upbeat attitude
