Position Summary
Wallowa Memorial Hospital and Medical Clinics is seeking a dynamic individual to lead our clinic
system. The Wallowa Memorial Medical Clinic Administrator provides leadership and supports all aspects of clinic system operations to ensure the mission of Wallowa County Health Care District “To Provide Premier Health Care” is being met. Responsible for daily operations, the Clinic Administrator supervises and/or coordinates the functions related to reception, clinical support services, compliance, safety, patient experience and financial performance. They work
collaboratively with clinic medical staff and system wide administrative staff as needed. The clinic system is comprised of four primary care clinics located in Wallowa, Enterprise and Joseph, inclusive of general and orthopedic surgery, mental health and visiting RN services.

Requirements
Individual must have a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Healthcare Administration. A
Master’s degree is preferred. They should have a thorough knowledge of medical clinic
administration, Rural Health Clinic (RHC) guidelines, rules and requirements and Patient Centered Primary Care Home (PCPCH) standards as well as the ability to communicate effectively and work closely with all clinic personnel, visitor, and outside agencies.
