Eastside Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a full time clinic administrator to overlook the daily operations of a practice to include competence with accounting and administrative processes. The role provides leadership for staff, problem solving,, coordination, implementation, and development of workflows and strategic goals.

Job Requirements:

Graduate with a BA in Finance or Healthcare Administration preferred

Minimum of 5-years current experience in healthcare

Must be organized, detail oriented, dependable and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Duties Include but not Limited to:

Handle all aspects of financial up to preparing documents for CPA.

Responsible for staff coordination and training

Provide financial reporting to managing partners

Ensures accuracy of payroll submission

Responsible for A/R and A/P. Establish financial monitoring using RVU analysis, Days in A/R, overhead percentages.

Staff Scheduling and time off requests

Pension and 401k plan administration. Cafeteria Plan Administration

Maintain personnel files within compliance of best practice guidelines

Understands and assures compliance with required HIPAA, Identity Theft, Work Place Safety, and OHSA

Handle all aspects of Human Resources from hiring to termination. Create and maintain job descriptions, new employee onboarding, employee handbook updates, annual employee evaluations and annual updates/review of policies and procedures.

Conducts monthly staff meeting

Conducts monthly meeting with managing partners to review financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement and budgetary goals.

Understands and ensures compliance for regulatory and accreditation requirements

Credentialing and Recruitment

Must be highly motivated, results orientated team player possessing a strong work ethic, positive attitude, self-confidence, flexible and driven to attain excellence.
