At Salem CardioVascular Associates, our practice is growing. We’ve just added 4 new specialty physicians. To further our success as the largest and most comprehensive cardiovascular medical practice in the area, you will be responsible for 3 key functions:
- Day-to-day operations at one of our clinic offices
- Human Resources and HIPAA/Privacy issues
- Assisting the CEO in various Marketing and Community Relations projects
YOU WILL NEED a Bachelor’s in Business, HR, Healthcare Admin, Marketing or a related field.
YOU WILL HAVE at least 3 years experience managing staff or 2 years as an HR professional
YOU WILL ALSO HAVE at least 2 years experience working in a medical environment and 2 years working with Marketing/Community Relations projects
