Clinic Manager - Vancouver, WA

SW Washington Medical Group is a growing multi-specialty group in Vancouver, WA. We are seeking a Clinic Manager to manage our general surgery clinic. The incumbent is responsible for supervising clinic staff, which includes orientation, development and evaluation of personnel, and monitoring the provision of quality services. The Clinic Manager will also act as the main point of contact for the clinic physicians, manages clinic budget, & staff scheduling. Include sound management and leadership of the clinic in the achievement of service, quality improvement, growth goals and objectives and financial goals and objectives.

Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required. Must have minimum 5 years progressively more responsible healthcare experience. Previous physician clinic or ambulatory care is preferred. Also must possess a thorough knowledge of operations, including staffing and scheduling, budget management, and workflow planning. The Clinic Manager is responsible for managing the business and clinical operations of the assigned clinic and services.
